  • Red Fort Cuisine of India: If you’re in the mood for impeccable, authentic Indian food, look no further than Red Fort Cuisine! It’s another family-owned mainstay that also owns Bombay House in Salt Lake City and just opened a second location in Layton. The menu helpfully marks things that are vegan or contain gluten, so it’s allergy and diet-conscious! You can also enjoy delicious beverages like mango lassi, Indian coffee, and herbal tea.
